Project Challenge

Heat Dissipation Challenges: Dissipating heat from fully sealed, waterproof fixtures is a major challenge. Professional solutions employ housings made of materials like high-thermal-conductivity aluminum or magnesium alloys and optimize internal airflow paths to ensure efficient heat dissipation while maintaining a watertight seal.

Corrosion Resistance: The high-salinity, misty environment of Macau's coastal areas can severely corrode equipment. High-end fixtures must undergo salt spray testing and utilize materials such as aerospace-grade aluminum or marine-grade stainless steel to withstand corrosion.

High Temperatures and Solar Exposure: Even in November, the combined effect of direct sunlight and the heat generated by the fixture itself poses a severe test for the equipment.

High Humidity and Condensation: High outdoor humidity and temperature fluctuations can easily lead to internal condensation, causing circuit corrosion and short circuits.
